With over a decade of experience in the nonprofit world, Lily researches, writes and manages grants for the Excellence Project. With a Masters Degree in Social Work, Lily brings programmatic expertise into her role, and over her career as a grant writer she has secured over $2.5 million in federal, state, and private foundation grants. She first came to the Excellence Project as an intern in 2022, and has worked with or for the organization ever since.
