My name is Jodi Choate.  I am a former teacher, coach, and school administrator, with my last 15 years spent serving Round Rock ISD.  I am about to complete my second year with the Excellence Project, and the work we have done has been some of the most meaningful work of my life.

Passionate about empowering young people and strengthening families, I am a dedicated Youth and Family Advocate with a proven track record of fostering safe, supportive, and inclusive environments. I specialize in connecting individuals with resources, facilitating open communication, and guiding families through challenges with empathy and respect. My approach blends active listening, cultural sensitivity, and solution-focused strategies to help youth build resilience and achieve their goals. Whether collaborating with community organizations, schools, or social service agencies, I am committed to creating pathways for growth, healing, and long-term success.
