Diana Trimino is a dedicated leader in restorative justice and restorative practices with more than 20 years of

experience coaching, training, and facilitating restorative circles. Her work is grounded in the belief that we are all

part of a greater community and that strong communities begin with strong relationships.

Diana partners with organizations of all sizes to thoughtfully assess their unique strengths, needs, and goals. She

then designs customized strategies, learning experiences, and systems that foster connection, strengthen

communication, and cultivate accountability rooted in empathy. Her approach honors diverse perspectives and is

built on the belief that every voice deserves to be heard and has a meaningful place at the table when important

decisions are made.

Throughout her career, Diana has supported school districts, nonprofit organizations, post-secondary institutions,

and community-based organizations in creating cultures of trust, belonging, and collaboration. Whether she is

coaching leaders, facilitating restorative circles, or providing professional learning, she is passionate about helping

communities build the skills and structures needed to thrive together.

Outside of her professional work, Diana cherishes spending time with her partner, children, and grandchildren. She

enjoys hiking, traveling, and making memories outdoors—especially fishing with her grandbabies.
