Amber Watts

Circle Keeper

Amber Watts is a restorative practices leader, facilitator, and trainer with more than 

10 years of experience helping schools, organizations, and communities build 

cultures of belonging, accountability, and connection. She specializes in 

strengthening relationships, repairing harm, developing restorative systems, and 

equipping individuals and teams with practical tools for communication, conflict 

resolution, and collaborative problem-solving. She has facilitated thousands of 

restorative circles, trained hundreds of people, and partnered with schools and 

nonprofits to create environments where people feel seen, heard, and valued. As a 

registered 200-hour yoga teacher, Amber believes that connection is the foundation 

of thriving communities. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and 

friends, reading, crocheting, and exploring nature.
